Perfect chocolate sheen on confection and sweets

More than just improper storage can diminish the glossy sheen. Researchers have discovered other weak points in the production process. Armed with sophisticated analysis, companies can now protect their products effectively from the undesirable coating.

Antalya to Host Middle East and Eurasia Focus Trade Events

Turkey's Tourism Capital Antalya will host major hospitality sector events in 2015. The Antalya Expo Center is entering the new year with huge international fairs. The Anfas Hotel Equipment - 26th International trade fair for the hospitality industry and decoration will be organized on January 21 - 24, 2015, and the Anfas Food Product's 22nd International Food and Beverage Specialized exhibition will be organized on February 25 - 28, 2015.
