The World of Media & Entertainment Highlighted at Flash Conference

Panel Discussions Explore the Exploding, Changing World of Video Content and Entertainment August 11 at Santa Clara Convention Center

Because the media and entertainment industry rapidly rebuilds itself to meet consumer demands and expectations, the Flash Memory Summit (FMS) 2015 is conducting a full day of educational/ informative sessions to highlight the growing demand for high-capacity, high-performance media that can quickly capture and store today's 4K video content. The FMS M&E day will be held August 11 at the Santa Clara Convention Center as part of the organization's three-day technology conference.

The availability of low-cost 4K cameras, inexpensive/easy-to-use production tools and powerful desktop/notebook systems are widely used by studio, network, station, theatrical producers and directors as well as a growing number of independent filmmakers. All of the content producers are moving quickly to create content that tells stories, educates, entertains, preserves history, inspires others and if possible change the world around us.
